Rest assured, I do not plan to shoot any new scenes for this film (coming off the plans in CoCd and FM4 (uh... i mean FU)); I'll see how "The Supremacy of Terrence" goes in the editing room, though.

Out of sheer boredom, I tallied up the number of cuts (including dissolves and fades) within the length of the movie.
The movie has 199 cuts, with an average shot length (ASL) of 7 seconds. (most modern-day films come with an ASL of 5 seconds, and in feature-length, 600-700 cuts)

Now in its entirety on Vimeo.
As I did shoot the offending FFFF scene in two different angles (meaning, it's editable), I can adjust the film for submission to San Francisco-based film festivals, of which I have found a couple. Don't know how it'll go, but I'm sure it's got a far better chance than "Fight Ultimatum" (though again comes the concern that the film might be taken as having a certain stance towards film festivals).

Permission has been cleared for the song, "The Day we Adopted a Cat" (plays through the editing montage), and Alan Saunders had a very funny letter to go with it.
TITLE "nope, no doggone way, heck no..."
MESSAGE "JUST KIDDING! I BET I GOT YOU!
yeah, you can use the song. although that one is soooo old and baaaaaad. i wish there was a more recent one you'd want to use in its place, but whatever.
good luck! -alan"

I've already had a DMI-by-the-Minute summary on this:
ANIKET DAS I want more intelligent movies.
RICHARD DAVIS You watch too many movies.
ANIKET DAS I know- let's make fight movies!
RICHARD DAVIS Your movies suck!
THE END.

I think there were a couple of your antics that I said not to do that made it in the cut anyway. All of the raw footage still exists and all three of the mini-movies are in complete edited form, so I suppose if you ever wanted to look at this stuff you could.
