I say it's best as a Flash. Continue to write it sure, but I'll have nothing to do with the filmed version. (So don't ask me about Clubhouse reservations!)

Yes, when I listened to the script, "Flash" is what instantly came to my mind. Live-action, this film (okay, series) would blow, with what we have.

I can't program flash. Then again, this series might just work in either live-action or legos. Either will work (Live action preferred, as that is what I had in mind when I wrote it!) I know you guys think this works in flash, but just bear with me. I think it will work. LFM worked when you guys were calling me a fifth wheel. Give this one some time, there is plenty of it around this earth.

Sillhouttes look tacky, and don't work extensively in live-action. Trust me- it works better as a Flash. Or get an Arab-looking LEGO man.

Just use a ninja headgear. I have one of those. However, the marines are going to be harder. I don't have any camo legos. Trust me. It's easier in live action. The first episode is mostly dialog, so the filming is easy. Or: How about using standard actors and me v-oing to make the film even campyer than it already is!

Again, you misunderstand the definition of "campy". There's a fine difference between "campy" and "suck"- oftentimes you mistake "suck" for "campy", and this time is no exception.
Richie and I have both emphasised that it's Flash material- and yes, the "you of little faith" argument was used consistently throughout the shoot of "Leviathan", and I don't buy it. So we can't program Flash- well it's not going to work well in live action. Don't have Camo Legos? Get some!

Perhaps this would work as DMI's first feature legenth radio serial. That is how I originaly planned this, but I wanted a crap-tacular shootout. Then things got outta hand.

I don't have a problem with the radio serial idea- most of what you read doesn't require visuals, anyway. I've always wanted to get a radio serial released for DMI, and what a better way to start it off than by having it be what is surely our most controversial project yet? XD

For a couple of years, I've had the idea of creating an offshoot of DMI, with the name of "Dead Moose, R", which would contain the most controversial or profane materials (there's an extremely profane sound clip of me and Howard yelling profanities at each other and sexual dialogue done back in '03, which I actually have full storyboards for, and needs only to be animated).
