The can is not going to levitate. Its going to move accross the table, and yes, being pulled by fishing line. And your reallly not supposesd to get the movie. Its very complicated and intentionally confusing. A movie to make you think.

Whatever you do, don't make it as confusing as "2001: A Space Odyssey"- you'll piss off more people than you want to. Though from the looks of the script, that's not likely.

I only got a glancing look at the script at work, but from what I saw, this is DAMN good "stuff". When do you plan to film?

A) I plan to film as soon as possible. B) I hope to make it an official Mr.Man production (Yes, a Mr.Man production (created by, not acctually produced by. Thats DMI's job, I write it, design it, modify it, but DMI makes it happen. ALL HAIL THE MIGHTY DMI!!!)). C) THAT IS THE FINISHED SCRIPT KENNY!!! HOW MANY TIMES DO I HAVE TO SAY IT!!!

Well, we have tons of projects going on right now, or so it seems. Aniket now has four that he wants to do, you have one, and I have one.
Aniket, pick ONE of your projects to film in this period of time. MrMan would most certainly like to film his, and I want to get started on mine. (mine would be "Inakamichi", which I've gotten good progress on writing for)

Oy! Thats a lot of episodes! Anyway I've been thinking about this for a while. When the edidting of The Mind is finished I'm going to send a letter to a record company (depends what company has the rights to the song) and try to get permision to play parts of a few songs during certen parts of the movie. Like maybe "Who Are You" playing lightly in the background when Danny is wondering about the wierd guy who knows everything about him. I think it sounds like a good idea. And of course I have to try the "I'm trying to make a home movie and I'd really appreciate it if you'd let me use this song and that song in the movie. Please let me know if I can use them. Thank you." I'd have to send it in acctual letter form to make it seem more inportant to me. And another big plus. How would you like to be in the film festival and show a film that has its music being both original (Aniket, I hope you can provide.) and Legally licensed by an actual record company. Now thats something I'd like to stick in the waterpollo's documentery film makers pipes and make them smoke.

Add "Rights to an eventual DVD release and TV broadcast of the film". If that's the song I'm thinking about, I think the producers of "CSI" had some issues with using it at first. ...and I don't think "home movie" is the best term- try "short independent film".
If it works, though, I'd love to see them crap themselves crazy when they see we're using copyrighted music... LEGALLY.
I was actually going to try asking a few garage bands permission to use their music, but I'd prefer to see how much original music I can use first.
Right now, I'm working on memorising my lines for this film- not guaranteed that I'll have every single one of them memorised, but this is better than working at it at the last minute and waiting an hour on-set for everyone to get their lines stuck in their head. (I have a couple of paragraph-long lines that might take a while... (one reason why I kept every single line in "Visions" short and to-the-point.))

Good idea, Eric. Minimises casualties on the set from the two of us running around with flame throwers. (LOL!)

Skywalker appears to be preoccupied for the rest of the week. Therefore, now is the time for Mr. Man to make his next shooting date clear. (make it soon if you want to finish this project!)

Considering how much longer we've had this project in planning, I say let's shoot this [flipper]!
