The black and white look of the film enhances the experience is the crown jewel of this small picture. The guy in the raincoat walking by with a flashlight killed it. 1.5/4 Life. A crude substitute for video games.

That happened to be Noxin's mum. Noxin complained endlessly about it to her. ("DUDE, you RUINED THE MOVIE, mum!!!")

We didn't know until we reviewed the footage, and by then, our camera guy was gone. (or maybe we didn't feel like re-shooting; we were extreme amateurs back then (remember, this was 2002))

True. You didn't even have a movie or a commentary on your page back then.

I say Classification III on this one. (implyment of a guy being eaten alive in caniballistic fashion)

I'm sticking with my original classification- the attack is shown non-graphically, and the implication isn't as horrific as, say, how well they implied things in the original "Texas Chainsaw Massacre" (in that one, you see the saw, you see the killer, you see the saw thrusting in and out, but you don't see the victim (though you can hear him scream)- you really have to see the movie to believe it, the effect comes off as quite horrific). If the fake flesh and blood (that was actually applied to me!) was visible, yeah, I'd agree with it- but it was never caught in the frame, so it sticks as II.

I'm not sure at this point, but remastering the film with rotoscoped gore might make the film a little less laughable.

I'm not going to do any rotoscoping on this. It's going to be left as is. We did have fake flesh with fake blood underneath attached to my arm, but being how bad the lighting was, and we didn't exactly give our cameraman directions, the fake flesh (or blood) was never on-screen.
I do remember my original vision and sketches for this film, involving a use of Noxin's hand-cranked lawn-mower, so the zombi would eventually get me on the ground, where he'd run me over. The camera would entirely show his face as gallons of fake blood splash onto him (the way I thought of doing this was filling a few balloons with that later-tested karo syrup blood for "Fight Movie II" (I had not known its stickiness at the time)).
