It would have been better if Eric had not of stood still and then started to shake like he had Mental Problems (he probably does). He should have done one or the other. Also the "Effects were desent untill the itty' bitty' flashing light. Then the film just became crap after that. FYI this is supposed to be constructive criticizum, ecept for the making fun of Eric. That was intentional. -MrMan

No, I know I had a retarded performance. I realized I had to act like I was being electrocuted, so started wiggling my arms in the middle of it.
Now I can't stop pointing it out!

I don't think that anyone can stop pointing out your humiliating desision. As funny as that is, please don't do that any more. It ruins movies (But it still makes GREAT for a funny scene).

Why do you think I'm staying BEHIND camera?
...I'll do it if it means that it'll turn out to be "Now go wape and piwwage evewy person you can find" if I don't.

My take-
After filming "Dudes" and the deleted-the-day-after-it-was-released "Too Dumb To Kill", Aniket pitched in an idea.
"Why don't we film 'Mutants'?"
Everybody, ESPECIALLY me, thought it was an incredibly stupid idea.
But, since we had the time, we went out and filmed it. What we got was concept footage, and Aniket intended for it to be a mock trailer. And that's how it was shot and edited.
Aniket did his own editing on the film, spent 3 hours on the effects (he didn't know of a little convienient thing called "keyframes" at the time, which would have taken the effects 10 minutes, otherwise), and when he screened it, we were all in awe. I mean, this was probably the MOST impressive thing both Dead Moose, Inc. AND Nerd Network had to show.
I had problems with my performance, though. NEVER put me in front of the camera AGAIN.
The music fits, too. Too bad it had to be unlicenced.
*** out of four.

Sadly, I fear the trailer will be better than the movie. It's happened before. Some concepts just don't work in their full length. Better left to the imagination.

I just watched the trailer again. My God! I found myself singing along to Boulevard of Broken Dreams. Fun, fun, fun minifilm. A special effects demonstration that gets better with age.

Amazing how awesome lightning can look. If only a certain actor would put up a better performance, though...
...I mean, the actor who plays The Force is so retarded, he didn't realise that he was being hit by lightning until about a few seconds thru!

Yes, that could have been reshot. Easily. And we had time. Oh well. Everything else worked out fine.

I still think that was funny as hell. Reminds me of Dr. Strangelove... (Eric, have you seen that, and can you make a thread in the movies section? Im not sure if i can make threads in the movies area...)
