I figured since the screening party's been held, board members can give their various votes on this film.
My take on this film still stands.
The film itself moved a bit slow in places (not a consistent fast pace like "Code of 'Con'duct"), the final line is full of the "no duh" factor (though the musical score redeems it entirely), suspense not as intriguing as it should be, though it was still a good film.
The voting system I created uses whole numbers, and as such, my personal rating is **1/2 out of four. (voted as 3)

here's the official poster Being the filmmaker... all i can say is that this movie moved much quicker than CoCd. The dialouge is much more audible thatn is CoCd... the main problem.. this was a movie that would be good for a feature length not a short.

I like the poster. Warner looks a little weird in the screens, but it really doesn't matter.

What's up with the "Class II for thematic elements" rating? I thought it would be PG-PG13. What's Class 2?

Okay, here is the rating system i use for my movies... I am NOT going to use the trademark rating used by the MPAA... so i devised my own system for rating... fairly straight forward
Class I = G Class II = PG Class III = PG-13 Class IV = R Class V = NC-17 (maybe) Class X = unrated (though we aint doin that)
[admin note: "IV" has been renamed to "L" (Limited) to further the point]

I have to consider this film a victory for me. Now my criticism will be taken more seriously.
So wait, is the movie done before the trailer? What's up with that!
The real test will come when we compare Leviathan to Mutants. What a groaner if Mutants is better! (Though I doubt it, I could be surprised.)

No need to worry there...
I'll make sure that Mutants will be worse than Leviathan

True. But let's humour ourselves for the moment. Your vision was very strong for this film, you'll need to maintaain that level of vision so the remainder of Mutants can be successful.
(Perhaps I'm too optimistic about Mutants. But my skepticism was correctly placed on Leviathan.)

not completely... I do believe you said that this film would be a complete disaster. It turned out to be a moderate sucess...

Where can us members of DMI see it? (or have you not posted the movie yet?) I am VERY eager to see this one.
