JP Films (c) has finally started work on our second Battle Zone film. It's basically combining Italian and Irish mafia with Asian martial arts. I hope for it be a successful new thing.

I think the script needs some polishing (namely a dialogue wash to ever so slightly decrease the number of words), but the foreign-language aspect of it looks interesting.

Since my parents are finally letting film again, i'm going to be shooting as much of Battle Zone 2 as I can. Unfortunatly, my lead actor (Trent) is being pulled away from film shoots by his parents. He's fairly certain that the summer will be fine for him though. I continue to hope that we can get him back to film shoots. In the mean time, i think that once i run of things to shoot with Trent, I can work on some Battle Zone 3 filming. Except i already know that Battle Zone 3 will be even more complicated to do over all. Hopefully I can shoot a good amount before this year is out.

We have changed the lead actor for this movie since Trent is apparently camera shy now. Some fight scenes needed to be re-shot anyway. Either way, this year should make it easier to make a good load of movies finished by the end of this year.

Trent... you don't mean the ninja that kicked the crap out of me three times?

No. You're thinking of Casey. Trent is the guy who broke your neck at Linda Vista Park that one time. They're two different characters.

Oh, good. Don't worry, I'm a staunch advocate of continuity so I wouldn't be (too) pissed if my ninja shots didn't end up being used. And it's not like my neck hasn't been broken before "Battle Zone 2". XD

Update on this movie. With our progress it should be released by the end of the month onto Vimeo. Oddly enough this movie has been in production for two years! Twice as long as Battle Zone 3 and City of Horror which have both been in production since the summer of 08. I'm happy for the day this film finally gets released.

All the filming for this project has finally been completed! Now if I can just fix the problem of my editing software currently lagging for some unknown reason. Once I fix that little problem. It won't take me long for me to edit this movie and release it.

This movie is finally done! As I type this, I am uploading the movie in 5 parts onto youtube. As soon as I starting working and get some money, I plan to buy vimeo plus so that I can always upload my whole movies straight onto vimeo. Now there remains to film Battle Zone 3 and City of Horror. As well as write scripts for other movies I will be working on in 2010.
