From the recent topic of "Television: 24", I suspect some of the mods might move it to something else. As such, I will list the kinds of topics allowed in this board-
-Movies, which I highly advise to have a poll so members can quickly vote their opinion of the film.
-Topics discussing a genre or subcategory of films (i.e., Trilogies, Movies based off Video Games (Video Games based off Movies, however, would go into the "Video Games" forum since the topic is about a genre of video games))
-Topics discussing someone's films. (be it a director, writer, producer or actor- but I'm likely to move topics about actors if the topic gets to talking about tabloid news (which is what most people tend to talk about with the actors- while I don't see it coming on this board, on boards about Tom Cruise what I tend to see is more crap bashing his relationship with Katie. Just my view but, THEY'RE IN LOVE, LEAVE THEM ALONE AND LET THEM BE HAPPY!))
-TV Shows, which I don't recommend a poll for since it comes in episodes, not a full package. (even with serials like "24")
-TV Movies and Miniseries, which I recommend a poll for. Why "Miniseries" is in the same category is because a miniseries is just like a movie, only shown in around six episodes.
If the topic name mentions a specific movie or show, the posts should stay on the topic of the show, not about anything related to it. If you wish to talk about something connected to it, create another topic about it, but keep in regards as to which forum it belongs in.
As the such, I am now renaming this board "Movies and TV".
