I think after the scare today we need to set up some filming rules
1) When scheduling a filming date, allow at least 3 days before the intended to date in order to inform the cast and crew. This'll allow enough time for scheduling conflicts to be solved
any other rules you can think of, feel free to add

i think it should be A FULL WEEK in advance, for a better chance to work issues out and to find all details out better

Well, being that we do want some filming done this spring break, I think just a day in advance- not something like, at 10:00 PM, "oh, we're gonna film tomorrow."

yeah, yeah. It's a good idea, one I advocate certainly. My excitement to set up filming tomorrow was so that we could fit in one extra day. Anyway, Monday was going to be a no film day up until the time I told you. Maybe it was okay sooner, like Saturday, but I acted on the best information available to me at the time. Enough in my defense.
We should have one list that we modify, like Wikipedia: Those without mod powers will make addendum posts which will then be copied and pasted into the list. Rather than having a whole bunch of idea scattered all about they would be in one very long post.
-Writing -Script Format -Standard Screenplay Format -Dialogue centered, with the speaker's name (and, if applicable, how the line is to be said [example: THOMAS (abruptly)]) above the dialogue. -Courier 12 Font, Single Spaced -Censorship Guidelines -Profanity -Keep to a minimum -Nothing rougher than "damn" (and no religious profanities)
-Planning -Scheduling -All cast/crew must be alerted of a film shoot at least one day in advance.
-Filming -Onset Conduct -Unallowed Shots -Pace of a shoot
-Conduct and Method for Actors/extras
-Set/Prop Design -Clubhouse Use Policy -Selecting new locations
-Special Effects -Digital Special Effects -Agonizing -Dreadful -Pretentious -Real Special Effects -Juices/Dyes -Props -Fighting
-Editing -Prefered Software -Accepted Conversion Rates -Director's Editing Guidelines -Schedule Remains Unfinished
-Music -Saving your Film with Music
-Blacklist: Things not to be done in any of our movies -Dancing These are just sample subjects, please feel free to fill them in and add your own. Those without mod powers can submit rules like so: -Saving your film with Music Text -Example: Leviathan (Subcategory) Text -Category
