Far from being the final title (like hell I'd ever release a film as "Untitled"), but I'm working on concepts as to how to present the entire plot.
I mentioned this in the "G-3 and above" topic, but I'll repeat it here-
Taking place a year before "Visions", focusing on Donna (Jessica Warner) conducting research for an article in the school newspaper on an urban legend- the apparent murder of Adrian Floyd (played by me in flashbacks) that happened six years prior, using old journals and diaries from other people who knew him, but there's only so much one can do when everyone has their own fabricated version of the story.
I'd call this more a spin-off than a prequel, as I'm not trying to foreshadow anything that happens in "Visions", and I'm not even sure if it's going to develop the character of Donna any more than in "Visions" (or even if the Donna in here is going to contradict the Donna in there).
All I'm trying to do in here is tell a story...
...multiple sides of it, anyway.

Do I say it... This sounds like a "Alien Resurection" cash in- without the cash. Didn't you put it that way for LFM, Eric?

Yeah, except I worded it better =P (and when I said "Alien: Resurrection" cash-in, I was mainly pointing at the fact that both LFM and A:R revived a character who was clearly defined as "dead" at the end of their respective predecessors)
This is a concept I'll be toying around with, as well as the various prespectives, some of which will be similar to each other, and some will be radically different.
That, and I'm not going to be "selling" it as a follow-up; like "Visions", should work fine on its own.

I decided I'm not going to write a word of script on this until after I get tons of interviews with people actually in journalism. I don't just want to blindly write a script knowing nothing about a classroom journalism environment (or newspaper offices in general), so I'm either gonna get the research for this done by enrolling in a journalism class, or getting interviews.
Being that I don't want to enroll myself in a class that I might end up hating just to write a script, I think the "interviews" is "safe" enough, and probably enough to get what I want.
...if I do get a script complete, and it's impossible to film (under the current circumstances), most likely I'll have it completed in graphic novel format.
